The Condo
Its a second floor condo. You walk into the living room with the open floor plan, queen size sleeper couch and the kitchen to the right. The bathroom is off of this main living area located next to the entry. Turning left from entry is the bedroom with a king size bed and vaulted ceilings. Views are of the playground/tennis area at the back of the resort. Its through that area that you would walk to get to the on site walking paths and Saco River.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo labeled 5R
The ski slop is a very short walk from this condo. Maybe not considered ski-in/ski-out but if the pedestrian tunnel is operational, it would make for a very brief walk. If not the pedestrian tunnel then access through the parking lot (where everyone parks when skiing at Attitash) would also be a very brief (on-site) option.
Interaction with guests
We will likely not be available in person but the hospitality building will have people in house keeping and maintenance if anything comes up. We will keep in touch by phone, text or email, depending on your preference; to help make the stay a five star experience!
Other details to note
POWER TIP: excellent prices for last minute mid-week bookings or bookings that are more than 3 months in advance. We do recommend that guests consider travel insurance to cover unexpected life situations. We are not allowed to recommend an insurance carrier or webpage to get that travel insurance coverage but a simple internet search should get you plenty of options.
