The Melo Properties Team started back in officially 2004 as an investment group and incorporated under a Limited Liability Company. At that time the group was involved with purchasing and operating investment property for themselves and it was in this, that the group researched and intensely learned the ideas and intricacies of buying, selling and operating real estate. As years passed on the Melo Properties Team took that knowledge and moved it into the sales side of the business and began helping others to do the same. At its core are the team leaders Tony and Zelia (Zee) Melo both with experiences of their own purchases and the difficulties that they each encountered during their early purchases. Both Zee and Tony do not consider themselves as โ€œsalespeopleโ€ as much as โ€œconsultantsโ€. The teamโ€™s goals are not to sell (force/entice/convince) but to professionally consult (educate/put into action/accomplish) and help their clients achieve their real estate goals as a team. In this capacity, the goal is to help their clients at the highest levels to reach those goals (buy, sell, invest) with as little effort and as much success as possible.
